Las Vegas
We decided to go to Vegas as a last hurrah before the new baby comes. (Which reminds me that I don't think I've mentioned on here that we're having a boy for sure.) John and Kelsi and the kids were able to join us for a few days on their way back from a wedding in Arizona. Little H has a pretty intense relationship with Jake in that she wants to be around him all the time, but she also really enjoys fighting with him.
It was interesting for us to try and create a wholesome, kid-friendly weekend in sin city. Some of our activities included the lions at the MGM, the gift shop at the MGM (because H thought it was a zoo), the M&M factory (which despite that look on her face, was H's favorite), the Temple, the Bellagio fountains and some other miscellaneous things. Not bad. Although, I was reminded that once H gets old enough to start noticing the billboards, we will never go there again.

I really loved the warm weather, but I was quickly reminded that all things are relative that first morning when Jake came out dressed in a long-sleeved shirt. *sigh* Maybe it's time to move south.
