On Saturday October 4th, we welcomed this new little guy to the family.  In a not-so-sad related story, we got rid of Dan's Nissan.  I never cared too much for that stupid little car.  (I always resented it because it took the place of my '97 Geo Prism after its transmission failed.  She was my baby, and I hope the family who bought her from us for $700 with plans to rebuild the transmission is taking good care of her.  I often look for her in traffic.  I would know her for sure by the white mark on the front left bumper where I ran into the drywall in the underground parking at our condo when we lived in Midvale.)

It was a good productive day.  We were even able to listen to/watch most of conference because it was on in the dealership—gotta love Utah.  Before you think we blew a lot of money on a newer car, you should know it's a salvaged title so we got a great deal.  Dan thinks I need to stop telling everyone that, but I'm even more embarrassed that people will think we paid full price.

Also we needed a vehicle that would comfortably fit two car seats.  And yes, that's my way of making an announcement.  It's not coming until the beginning of May, but I'm already feeling the strain on my pants, so although I know you look forward to pictures I periodically post, I've officially begun the picture injunction on myself.  No cute growing belly pictures will be found here because trust me, it's not going to be pretty.  You will just have to suffer with an extra dose of my adorable daughter and handsome husband.

Also be prepared for my normally cheerful and upbeat posts to become more cynical and tempermental.  It's not that I'm much moodier when I'm pregnant, it's just that I know I can get away with more.
